The EU Framework for Entrepreneurial Competences- ENTRECOMP

On December 17, 2024, at 14:00, in auditorium A203, the Research Center for Sustainable Development and Innovation, in collaboration with the Department of Computer Sciences and the Faculty of Technology and Business, organized an open lecture titled: "The EU Framework for Entrepreneurial Competences (ENTRECOMP)," delivered by Prof. Assoc. Dr. Imelda Sejdini, management expert and Dean of the Faculty at UNIEL. These competences aim to help individuals develop skills to evaluate themselves, their internal and external environments, identify opportunities, and turn ideas into concrete actions in the field of entrepreneurship and business. She emphasized the importance of creativity as a foundation for success, strategic analyses such as SWOT and PESTLE, and the use of techniques like brainstorming to generate and refine ideas. Additionally, methods for planning and financing profitable and sustainable business projects were discussed.
